Basic Policies for Medium- to Long-Term Business Plan

With the above basic management policies in mind, we have established the following basic policies for our medium- to long-term business plan.

• Finding and developing human resources who can work creatively.
• Aiming to achieve sales of ¥29.0 billion in five years and maintaining an ordinary income margin of at least 14% for each of the five years.
• Enhance sustainability efforts to contribute to the prosperity of the global environment and society through software development.
• Develop business-to-business alliances with companies that possess superior technology, both domestically and globally.

In addition, based on these basic policies, we have set forth the “promotion of creative reforms” as our priority measure for the entire company.
