Information Security Policies

We shall establish the following information security policies, make them known to all officers and employees, and establish an information security management system to appropriately protect all information assets handled by the Company, thereby contributing to society.

1. Information Security Initiatives

Together with our business assets, we recognize that information security is one of our most important assets, and this is one of our most important management and business issues. Based on this recognition, we shall make company-wide efforts to ensure the protection of information.

2. Compliance Program

The Company shall ensure that all officers and employees recognize the importance of protecting information assets and develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve an information security management program to establish and thoroughly implement an information security management system.

3. Protection of Information Assets

Given that our core business is the development and sale of software at all of our locations, we shall implement appropriate management measures in accordance with the realities of each business to ensure that our information assets are protected from threats to their confidentiality, integrity, and availability. In particular, we shall focus on ensuring that information assets related to contract software development are protected from threats to their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We shall ensure that our information security management program conforms to and complies with laws, standards, and other norms related to information security.

5. Education and Training

The Company shall raise awareness of information security protection among all officers and employees, and provide education and training on information security protection.

6. Accident Prevention and Response

While the Company shall strive to prevent the occurrence of information security incidents, in the unlikely event of an incident, we shall promptly take appropriate measures, including measures to prevent recurrence.
